You need to solve these puzzles, to open specific doors or to release force bridges. Save your game before you begin to solve any of these puzzles and load it again if you want to try it again. Genius-Patches, which you can find during the game highlight the right spot for you. They are rare, so choose them wisely. You may find your first genius patch on the reactor level on Mission Difficulty 2 and 3. You may find your first Logic Probe in the robot maintenance room near the computer notes on Level 2. Note down the wires end points and colors. Now you can load your game again and solve the wire puzzle without using the logic probe. If you do it that way you only need one logic probe for the entire game. - If your Puzzle Difficulty is 0 all puzzles will solve automatically. - If your Puzzle Difficulty is 1 or 2 you only need the right wire endpoints to solve the puzzle. - If your Puzzle Difficulty is 3 you need the right color of the wire and its endpoints to solve the puzzle. - Theres is a single solution for each puzzle, which works on every difficulty 1,2,3 - I placed a screenshot of each puzzles solution on a webserver. Push small button in your front to open locker to your left. Pick up LEAD PIPE and equip it. Take the Stamup, Bserk, SYSTEM ANALYZER v1 and Standart Access Card (STD-1). Open the briefcase and take the Multi Data Reader v1 and your personal note. Listen to the e-mail and read your note. Dont forget the Nav Unit v1 and activate the Compass. It will help you to follow my walkthrough. Leave the room through the door to the north. - Regain health with the Surgery Machine and destroy the camera in the north- west corner. Follow the corridor in the south-east and up the ramp. Pickup the Fraggrenade from the crate and recharge your Energy on the Power Station. Jump down and take the first SV-23 DARTGUN, loaded with 7 Needle-Darts and find a full clip of Needle-Darts behind a Pedestal. Leave this area through the passage in the west until you see a door with a key pad on the wall nearby. Listen to your new e-mail and pickup an audiolog from the floor. Dont forget to destroy the camera above your head and leave the room with the code, which can be found in your personal note, by entering it into the key pad. - Enter the right door on the west wall and pick up another audiolog and a Group Access Card (GROUP-1) from the floor. Leave it again and open the right door, labeled as Storage 3, with the GROUP-1 Access Card. Search the crates for two more Needle-Dart Clips and one Fraggrenade. Leave the room again and destroy the camera on the south wall. Solve the grid puzzle 1-1 on the east wall to activate the shining ground plate. Its an eviroment-elevator leading down to a corridor and another SV-23 DARTGUN, loaded with 5 Needle-Darts, and a Stamup. Use the Envo-Elevator up again and leave the room with the big Bulkhead Door to the north. - Enter the first door on the west wall and enter a small laboratory. Inside you find a Bserk and Stamup, as well as another audiolog and a SENSAROUND UNIT v1. Search the west wall for two hidden doors and pick up their treasures: 2x Fraggrenades, 2x Medpatch. The Bulkhead Door in the north is closed and can only be opened from inside. Enter the second room on the west wall. - This room is build as a circle with two cyberspace locked Storage Room Doors on the west-side and a ramp to a room with a cyberspace terminal on the northside. Pick up the audiolog near the cyberspace locked doors and enter the room with the cyberspace terminal. - Crouch around and find the Medical Access Card (MED) on the floor. Read the papers below the cyberspace terminal and enter cyberspace. ###1.02 Cyberspace### - Do you see the timer in the left corner of your screen? If it runs out, then you get kicked out of cyberspace and you have to enter it again. Take the Pulser v1 (your weapon in cyberspace), one Recall and one data object in the first room. You can read the data object outside cyberspace. The data fragment in the middle of the room only tells you that the elevator is disabled. Take your time to get used to the controls and follow the arrow into the first stream. Avoid to hit the mines or you lose integrity. If you lose all your integrity, then you get knocked out of cyberspace. Use Integrity Restoratives (the red crossed objects) to regain integrity. - Use the Pulser v1 to deal with the cyberdog in the second room. Touch the Ping Game Soft, the Decoy Soft, another data object and a second Recall Soft to pick it up. Follow the next arrow into the stream. While flowing with the stream, you pick up the C-Shield v1 Software, which absorbs a small amount of damage from any data current. - Take care of the Cyberguard in the third room. Your C-Shield comes in handy. The Data Fragment tells you that security presence is controlled by CPU nodes and maintained by security cameras. Activate he inactive switching node to unlock the two forced doors outside of cyberspace. Make sure to pickup the Pulser v2 before leaving through the exit. - Read the Data "cyber-1" and "hosital armory code" ###1.03 Main Hallways### - Return to the now open cyberspace locked Storage Room Doors and pick up a Stamup, a Medpatch and the SB-20 MAGPULSE, loaded with 8 Mag Carts. Leave the circle round room back to the main hallway. - You see another hallway leading to the east as well as another room right around the soil in the north-east. Enter this room to pickup a Fraggrenade, 2x Sightpatches and a third SV-27 DARTGUN, loaded with 8 Needle Darts. Leave the room and follow the hallway to the east. - You are now in the main hallway build around a little control room. You see a Energy Station to the south and you will follow the hallway leading north were you find a hidden door on the floor. There you find a Nitropack, one I- Cad Battery, one Reflexpatch, a Clip with Tranq-Darts for your SV-27 DARTGUN and random loot inside the corpses. Leave the hidden corridor and find a locked force door on the north wall and a camera above, which you need to destroy. ===The door leads into the alpha-quadrant.=== - Follow the hallway to the east and around the corner. Use the SB-20 MAGPULSE to get rid of the Hopper or take the LEAD PIPE and a Bserkpatch to deal with it in close combat. - You find a envoirment-elevator in the east, as well as two cameras to destroy. Bush the big red button to bring the envo-elevator down and step on it to move up.You are now on a balcony. - The door in front of you is broken beyond repair and a Energy Station behind a hidden door. Enter the first laboratory and use the General System Status Button, which will break after the download. You find a DW-07 STUNGUN on the ground and you can read papers on the desk. The second laboratory on the balcony holds random loot inside a corpse, an audiolog on the desk, as well as a SPARQ BEAM and a Personal Access Card (PER-1). Head back down with the envo-elevator. - In the south-east corner of the main hallway is a hidden door with a single Nitropack inside. Follow the hallway to the south and south-west around the corner. Now you have to choose 1. if you want to use the envo-elevator in the north-west (higlighted platform) to ===unlock the force door into alpha-quadrant=== 2. or taking the challange to fight your way through the Gamma-Quadrant in the south, which ===leads you behind the force door into alpha-quadrant.=== =!=If you decide to take the way through the gamma-quadrant, then you might find very useful First-Aid Kits. It is a very dangerous way with many fighting. Once through, you end up behind the force door leading into alpha. If you decide to skip the way through gamma by unlocking the alpha-entrance in the main hallway, then you may miss some cameras and audio-logs. If you want to pick up the hidden Magnum Pistol, then you need to go through gamma anyway, because the door with that gun is located there and requiers a security-level of 0%.=!= ###1.04 Control Room### Way 1 (short) Use the envo-elevator in the south-east and enter the control room. Crouch around to find 2x Bserk, 1 Medpatch and a clip of Tranq-Darts. You find a button on the east-wall of that room, behind a pedestal, which activates the repulsor-lift nearby. Use the repulsor lift and destroy the four cameras. You find one button and the grid puzzle 1-2 near the screen showing the force door to alpha-quadrant. Solve the puzzle, leave the control room and enter alpha-quadrant through the now opened force door. ###1.05 Gamma and Beta Quadrant### Way 2 (long) - Enter gamma in the south and close the gate with the large red button behind you. - You find an audio-log and a corpse in the middle of this hallway. You can see a ladder in the south, one blast- and one storage room door on the east wall. - Behind the blast door, you find a biohazard area with some chemical tanks inside. Pick up an audio-log, 1 Medpatch, 1 Stamup and search the two dead bodies for random loot. - The storage room door holds 1 Medpatch and one clip ML Standart Rounds on a higher spot with a dead mutant on top. Search the crates for random loot. - Destroy the only camera outside the storage room. - Now climb up the ladder on the sout wall. You find a BIOLOGIGAL SYSTEM MONITOR v1 in one of the two crates. Move down the ladder again. - Enter the room with the little outdoor enviroment to the west and pick up an audio-log near the dead bodie. Destroy the camera at the south wall. - You will enter a corridor in the south with one malfunctioned door, a camera, a keypad near the weapon storage and a service access door. Push the small button to put on the lights. - The access code for the weapon storage can be found in cyberspace or at the audiolog Gross-31.Oct,72. If the keypad at the weapon storage is still blocked by level security, then you may forgot to destroy any camera on your way until this point. It is no longer blocked with a security level of 79%. Make a note on your map and return later. - Once you opened the storage you find two SPARQ BEAMS there and many stored dead bodies. Check the crates for 1 EMP-, Frag- and Gasgrenade, 2 landmines and 2 clips of Needle-Darts. - The Service Access door leads into the service corridors that you can enter by solving the grid puzzle 1-1, too. - Now enter the room behind the malfunctioned door. Put on the lights with the small button near this door. You find a healing suite with many dead and mutilated bodies. Most of them have empty pockets and some others random loot in their bags. - You find 2 Stamups in the western part, 1 audio-log and briefcase in the eastern part of this healing suite. - If you cant open the door near the bloody letters "resist", then you can get a second group access card (GROUP-1) in the briefcase nearby. Now enter that door. - The next area is completely destroyed by a heavy battle. - You find an audio-log and another DW-07 STUNGUN in the southern part, one SPARQ BEAM by crouching and one clip of Tranq-Darts in a crate in the northern part of this area. Several random loot can be found in the human corpses laying around everywere. - Check the hidden door in the sout-east for one pack of Tranq-Darts and Teflon-Rounds. - The hidden door in the north-east near the stairs is blocked by level security and will only open with a security level of 0%. Behind it, you find a Magnum Handgun and several ammo. Make a note on your map and come back later. - Now leave this area and enter the beta-quadrant through the door up the stairs. - The Beta-Quadrant has two floors. One below with radiation ground and one above. To solve beta, you need to activate two force bridges and exit the quadrant to alpha. - Open the door and solve the wire puzzle 1-1 to activate the first force bridge. Walk over the force bridge to the center of the room. The crate is empty, surround the wall and pick up more Needle-Darts. - Fall down to the east and take care not to touch the cracked radiation tiles. You find two Fraggrenades in the crate to the south. Climb up the edges in the east and pickup one Battery. Climb down again. - Go to the north end of the save ground and jump into the nieche in the north- west. There you find a First Aid Kit, and another Frag-Grenade. Return and use the repulsor lift in the south-west to move up again. Use one or two Medpatches to stand against the radiation damage. - Cross the force bridge again and enter the corridor to the west. Move it along, pick up another First Aid Kit before following the rest of the corridor to the east and around the corner to the south. Continue south until you find a half open storage door and an audiolog. You find another First Aid Kit and a Sightpatch behind the half open door.. - Return and take the right corridor to the north. You end up on a dead end with a switch and a corpse with random loot inside. Use the switch and see how the second force bridge is released. Return all the way and cross the force bridge. - Follow the last corridor to its end and you find yourself in the alpha- quadrant right behind the force door. Pick up the Gasgrenade and prepare yourself to enter the Cyborg Domain. ###1.06 Alpha Quadrant### - Use the repulsor lift in the west to enter the Cyborg Domain.You are now looking into a room with a hole and a catwalk.You find one Fraggrenade on the ground and a security camera, which you destroy. - Jump down the hole and enter the niche in the north. Use the button to lift the first force field. Once through, use the left switch to enable it again and the right one to lift the second force field. Deactivate the third force field with another switch and destroy another camera and pickup two Batteries. Leave this area and use to the repulsor lift to move up again. - Take a look into the corridor in the west and see the letters "here" on the wall on its end. Move along and ignore the door on the east wall of this corridor. - Now open the door near the letters and enter the cyborg conversion area. Destroy the two cameras, pick up an audiolog and pull the lever near the chamber to disable cyborg conversation and to switch back the chamber to recreation. If you die now, then you always will be resurrected inside this chamber as long as you are on the Medical Deck. - Leave the room and go north and around the corner to the west into a small room. There you find an audiolog and a camera to destroy. Turn around and go along the corridor in the east until you reach a wall which opens automaticly. - Before you enter the new passage, turn north and move down the ramp. Enjoy the view in the north of that room and push the button on the east wall, which opens a hidden area on the west wall. - Enter that hidden area and pick up an Medpatch from the floor and if you dont have it already, another BIOLOGIGCAL SYSTEM MONITOR v1 from a crate as well as two Fraggrenades. Now return to the wall, which opened automaticly. - Pass the wall, destroy two cameras and move along. The west way only takes you back to the force door leading into alpha. Take the eastern way and to destroy another camera. - If you continue walking east, you just find yourself inside a empty room with a Medpatch on the floor, while the passage in the north takes you down to the area with the computer notes. - Jump down north and enter the corridor in the south-west. At its end you find a Medpatch and a Storage Room with barrels full of toxic waste and a TURBO MOTION BOOSTER SYSTEM v1 laying on the floor. Return and enter the corridor in the east. - You are now in the room with the computer notes. Destroy the camera here and pick up the first ML-41 PISTOL. Now destroy the Computer Nodes and write down the digit on one of the two screens. =!=This is the first of six random digits, which you need to collect from level 1 to 6 in ordner for a later mission. You may notice that level security is now at 1%.=!= - Return to the Cyborg Conversion Chambers near the word "here" and enter the corridor behind the door you ignored a while ago. Pass the second door in the south and find yourself in a large room. - Open the storage in the south-east with the GROUP-1 access and find a Fraggrenade plus the third DW-07 STUNGUN. Behind the door in the south is just an empty room. Crouch into the nieche at the west wall to find a useless second LEAD PIPE and one Concussion Bomb. - Step on the highlightet platform to get an e-mail and push the large button nearby to activate the envo-elevator. - You are now inside the room with the elevator. Pick up the audio log from the floor and push the lever on the wall to open the bulkhead door. =!=You can now take the elevator up to Level 2 or desroying the last camera in the service tunnels and open the last level secured door in gamma to get the the powerful MAGNUM PISTOL early in the game.=!= ###1.07 Last Secrets### - Enter the service tunnels through the service access door near the weapon storage in gamma or solve the grid puzzle 1-1 at the healing suite to get there. - Equal which way you enter the service tunnels, you find yourself in a small room with a short corridor at the south, a hole in at north with a ladder leading up and a long corridor at the west side. - Push the large button near the service access door to put on the lights. You find a Stamup in the southern corridor and two Medpatches up the ladder. - Enter the small corridor in the west and move along until you find a Medpatch near a corpse. Continue walking down the corridor until you find the last camera. Destroy it to lower the level security down to 0%. - Move on a bit more to find a nieche and a button. Bush the button to open the spiral door, crouch through the nieche and enter the storage in which you find two Fraggrenades inside a crate. A bit more to the east is a dead end with a grating and a Bserkpatch on the floor. - Leave the Service Tunnels again and return to the security locked door inside the room in gamma. - Congratulations, you got the MAGNUM 2100, the most powerful weapon against any robotic enemy! Pick it up and dont forget to take the three EMP Grenades with you as a bonus. Take the elevator up to Level 2!
